A maintained measurement foundation
Ongoing stewardship of the analytics and reporting environment as digital activity and stakeholder requirements evolved.

An ongoing analytics engagement focused on data integrity, tracking, dashboard evolution and turning multi-channel performance data into clearer decision support.
The organisation already had a reporting foundation in place, but needed continuing stewardship as campaigns, platforms and stakeholder requirements evolved.
A large professional-services organisation had already established a central digital reporting foundation, but maintaining confidence in that data required more than keeping a dashboard online. As campaigns changed and new reporting needs emerged, the underlying tracking, data feeds and measurement conventions also needed to evolve.
The organisation was drawing performance information from several digital channels and platforms. The challenge was to keep those sources aligned, maintain consistent tracking of meaningful interactions, and ensure reporting remained useful to marketing and business-development stakeholders rather than becoming a static collection of charts.
Because measurement quality depends on both technical implementation and interpretation, DSC structured the work around analytics stewardship: maintaining the reporting environment, refining tags and events, standardising campaign data, and translating performance signals into practical recommendations.
We reviewed the health of the organisation’s reporting environment, monitoring data feeds, connectors and dashboard outputs so that broken or incomplete reporting could be identified and addressed as requirements changed.
We managed and refined website measurement through analytics and tag-management tools, adding or adjusting event tracking as new forms, downloads, calls to action and other important user interactions needed to be measured.
We supported third-party platform tagging and campaign parameter conventions so that paid, social and other digital activity could feed into a more consistent reporting model.
We evolved reporting views in response to stakeholder needs, refining visualisations, filters and views so that the dashboard remained relevant to the questions the organisation was actually asking.
We reviewed performance across channels, identified trends and anomalies, and translated the data into concise interpretation and recommendations rather than treating reporting as an end in itself.
Ongoing stewardship of the analytics and reporting environment as digital activity and stakeholder requirements evolved.
A clearer framework for capturing important website and campaign interactions through governed tags, events and campaign parameters.
Reporting views that could be refined over time rather than becoming fixed around an initial implementation.
Regular interpretation of digital performance to help stakeholders understand what changed, where attention was needed and what should be investigated next.
Evidence
The engagement provided ongoing stewardship of the organisation's digital measurement environment, combining dashboard management, analytics and tag configuration, campaign-data alignment and strategic performance interpretation.
First-hand analytics consultancy spanning dashboard health and evolution, analytics and tag-management configuration, campaign and third-party platform tracking, data-quality review, and recurring interpretation of multi-channel digital performance.
The work supported a complex professional-services environment with multiple digital channels, stakeholder groups and changing measurement requirements. An existing dashboard foundation formed the starting point for ongoing analytics stewardship.
The available source pack supports the completed analytics, dashboard, tagging and interpretation activities under the authorised proposal-completion assumption. It does not provide independently verified evidence of revenue uplift, enquiry growth, attribution improvement or return on investment caused by the engagement. No such performance claim is made.
