THE GOAL

Our goal was to optimise Colourtrend’s sales and marketing ecosystem through integrated detailed digital tactics to ensure long term benefits and growth.

THE SOLUTION

The project was executed in two strategic phases. Phase 1 involved an in depth digital research for Colourtrend to build a comprehensive situation analysis.
This research assisted us in generating insights on Colourtrend’s online customers, their user personas and journeys and the ideal information architecture. An accompanying competitor and industry analysis afforded us the opportunity to recognise gaps in the conversion process and understand how we can bridge them.
Phase 2 of the project was the website redesign and build. Careful consideration was given to retain the life of Colourtrend’s website, the brand values and essence.

THE RESULT

Based on insights generated from the digital research phase, we built a website that would inspire a viewer and encourage conversion with tactical CRO, online consumer psychology pillars and an optimised for eCommerce environment providing a positive, pleasurable and seamless experience to any user on the site.
